Atletico make it through to the finals of the 2015/16 UEFA champions league after scoring an away goal in the 54th minute from the booths of Griezmann. Griezmann broke through the offside trap and was one-on-one with the goal keeper. The ball was carefully placed to the left corner of the post.
Bayern went ahead to win the match but the score line was just not enough to see them through to the next round. Goals came from Alonso and Lewandowski.
Later today, Real Madrid would be meeting Man City in their second leg fixture. Their 1st meeting ended in a goaless draw.
